On this full day tour, we will go 50 miles West to highlight the beautiful of the northern karst region of Puerto Rico, It’s caves and it’s topographic diversity. You will join us in an adventure that will take you from the caves to the refreshing river waters and even a swim in the ocean. We will leave the touristic area of San Juan behind and head up in the area sparsely populated, where haystack hills grizzling cattle and natural beauty takes center stage where the term (Island Life) acquires its meaning.
Our first stop will be at the bridge of the Arecibo river for great photo opportunities of the Arecibo canyon and a bird’s eye view of Cave la Ventana and Cave Leon.  From there we will do a scenic drive thru the Canyon with great photo opportunities of the karst region and the central chain of mountains.
Our second stop will be a refreshing dip in waterfall (Charco Hondo,La Planta)  And after having a delicious Puerto Rican lunch you will have 50 minutes at your leisure to swim or walk around the beach La Poza Del Obispo next to the Arecibo lighthouse.
WAIT ✋️,  We’re not done yet.
Now we do a scenic drive to the northwest coast to the arches in the ocean at (Cave The Indian/Cueva del Indio) another spectacular area. It’s beauty lies not only in its oceanfront location but in the many indigenous carving that adorn its walls and it transports us to a time when the taino Indians roamed our island. These caves and surrounding areas have been featured in various movies like, Pirates of the Caribbean, Treasure Island and the Perfect Getaway.
